Subscriptions are generally non refundable and you accept this when subscribing to any Value Rater Ltd managed service. However we will review every refund request and if we feel a refund is warranted it shall be granted. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to cancel any recurring agreement before the renewal date by contacting suppot@valuerater.co.uk or by using there customer hub.
