If you still cannot find the answer once you have read through all of the FAQ page, please raise a ticket and explain in detail the issue you are having, including any error messages you may be seeing. This will help us to help you quicker.
Our support operates Monday to Friday between the hours of 10:00 and 17:00, excluding public holidays. We aim to respond to all support tickets by the next working day, although we will try to respond sooner wherever possible.
